Mission

As Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Social Studies Education, our mission is to follow the general objectives of Turkish National Education and Atatürk's Principles, to have basic knowledge of the disciplines of Social Studies, to be open to innovations and developments in the field, and to use the method to be used to teach Social Studies in the most effective way. To train teachers who have a good command of techniques and techniques and who have a sense of responsibility towards their students.

Vision
As Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Social Studies Education, our vision is to train educators needed to move our country forward. In this way, our primary goal is to create a community of educators who closely follow scientific developments, adopt Atatürk's principles and reforms as a guide, believe in the power of education, and recognize their own culture and the civilization revealed by humanity.
