Graduate Employment Opportunities

Thanks to the theoretical knowledge, pedagogical formation, digital competencies, and field experiences acquired during their undergraduate education, program graduates can be employed in various positions in the public sector, private sector, academia, and civil society.

Public sector: Graduates may work as "Primary School Teachers" in official primary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education (MEB). In accordance with the relevant legislation, upon succeeding in the centralized examinations administered by ÖSYM and the MEB teacher appointment processes, they may be employed as permanent or contracted teachers at the 1st–4th grade levels of primary school.

Private sector: Graduates may work as primary school teachers, primary education specialists, education coordinators, or educational consultants in private primary schools, private educational institutions, study/homework support centers, and international educational organizations.

Academic career: Graduates who complete graduate education (master’s and doctorate) may pursue academic careers as research assistants, lecturers, or faculty members in faculties of education and related academic units of universities.

Education industry and publishing: Graduates may work as educational content developers, curriculum designers, assessment and evaluation specialists, learning designers, or educational consultants in educational technology companies, publishing houses, and digital learning platforms.

Other fields: Graduates may work as specialists, trainers, project developers, or implementers in children’s publishing, play and activity design, non-governmental organizations carrying out child- and family-focused projects, and educational projects of local governments.
