Program Goals
Program goals (PGs) are structured as follows to concretize the program objectives and define the graduate profile:
PG1: At least 80% of graduates will achieve the minimum success level determined in internal and national examinations measuring subject matter and subject-specific pedagogical competencies related to primary school subjects.
PG2: At least 90% of senior students will present in their portfolios at least two student-centered and skill-based lesson plans along with corresponding implementation evidence.
PG3: At least 70% of students will prepare at least one classroom-based research or action research report based on qualitative or quantitative data during their undergraduate education.
PG4: At least 85% of students will reach the targeted performance level in practical examinations concerning the teaching of initial literacy and basic academic skills.
PG5: At least 80% of graduates will be able to develop at least three different assessment and evaluation tools appropriate to the teaching process and report them in a digital environment.
PG6: At least 75% of students will design, implement, and report at least one classroom activity focused on inclusive classroom management and socio-emotional learning.
PG7: Students will actively take part in at least one community service, social responsibility, or sustainability-focused project during their undergraduate education.
PG8: At least two school–family–community collaboration activities will be planned and carried out by program students each academic year.
PG9: At least 80% of senior students will prepare a written individual development plan containing their professional development goals.
PG10: Students will produce at least one oral academic or professional presentation and at least one written professional product (report, draft article, or instructional material) during their undergraduate education.
